To stimulate creative interaction between teams, we use traditional and more technological tools. To the more traditional brainstorming sessions of pen, paper, and post-it notes, we integrate new tools such as digital whiteboards that allow us to work simultaneously. In these digital environments, we used mind maps to connect requirements and data emerging from various phases of market, ergonomic, and technical research.

Mind maps represent lateral thinking, or the ability to connect data, which is crucial because it allows us to identify creative solutions from which guidelines emerge, which are modified and refined in real time. This working method, focused on concrete creativity, allows us to bring added value to products, rather than creating design seen as a mere aesthetic exercise.
